The laminar air flow hood （LAF）is the equipment which can shield the operator from the product. The function of laminar hood is to avoid product polluting. The air from the clean room will be filtered vertically through the operating area using a fan installed in the top booster chamber to provide ISO 5 (Class 100) one-way air  flow to the important area.
